So, I am interested in the following; I have a DRV8301 and would like to use it to spin a 3 phase BLDC motor. Now, since this is a pre-driver, I know that I would need a controller to achieve this control automatically, since I only have a single PWM coming from an RC remote control, and need 3 different PWMS coming into my DRV8301 so I can send it to each phase of the BLDC motor.
My question is, would it be enough to simply connect it with the TMS320F2802xF with InstaSPIN, sort of like this? Since InstaSPIN, if Im understanding it correctly, is sensorless, then could the microprocessor provide me these 3 PWMS anyway to send to the DRV8301?
