DRV8818: The logic pin internal pull down resistor 1Mohm

My customer is using DRV8803, DRV8844 and DRV8818. We want to check why the DRV8818 logic pins internal pull down resistor is 1Mohm, but the DRV8844 and DRV8803 internal pull down resistor is 100kohm. Thanks.
