Hi,
My customer has a problem with DRV8824 in their system.
There are multiple DRV8824s on a board and motors in the system. One channel of the motors does not work and output from the DRV8824 is different from the others.
I asked the customer to check VCP voltage, then the result was...
VM = 24 V, VCP = 12.5 V for both of the problematic channel and no-problem channels.
VCP is about 12V less than VM. It is my understanding that VCP should be 10-12V "above" VM, but it is not on the customer's board.
What can be a cause of this situation (12 V less than VM) ?
Please advise.
Best regards,
Rak
