DRV8301 complementary PWM problem

Hi,

I think there are still have problem to generate complementary PWM waveform with DRV8301. When I give DRV8301 a 100% duty PWM and slowly reduce the duty, the output(both high side and low side)do not response(the high side hold on and low side still low). There are some different when using resistive load and inductive load(such as a BLDC motor). When using the resistive load there are no problem, but if I using a BLDC motor this issue is appear.

The test condition is below:

Internal deadtime: 50ns

External deadtime: 200ns

Bus voltage: 15~24V

PWM frequency: 20KHz
