DRV8323R: Extending the application voltage to 100 volts

I am interested in using this part for multiple applications which have similar functional requirements but different voltage requirements. The second application has a 100V input voltage requirement which is above the 60 Vin max of the part. I understand the coupling of the fet supply to the part supply due to the charge pump for the gates.  My question - is there a way to decouple them and go to a higher voltage using an external 100V gate driver chip with its own charge pump?  I do not want to go to a stand alone uP running the system with an external FET driver, i.e. I want the HW feature set of the DRV8323 but want FET driver to be external so I can raise the working voltage. The ideal solution would be the same chip without the onboard FET drivers and charge pump but that does not exist as far as I can tell, is that correct? If another part exists let me know and I can sort it out. If not, has anyone else tried to solve this problem?
