DRV10983: BEMF Abnormal error

Hi

Our customer faced the following error by increasing rotation speed.

I believe it represents Lock2 : Abnormal Kt.

DRV10983 is configured for customer motor to be used by referring Tuning guide (SLOU395D).

Could you please advice how to avoid this error?
