DRV8701: DVDD IN SLEEP MODE

Hi,

The datasheet for the DRV8701 indicates that DVDD can supply up to 30mA to power a MCU. To enable the DVDD pin, the SLEEP pin must be pulled high. Can you advise how I achieve this if the MCU has no power to pull the SLEEP pin high?
