DRV8870 - the maximum frequency in case of 100% Duty

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask DRV8870?

The datasheet P4 shows as the follow;
If the PWM frequency is 200 kHz, the usable duty cycle range is 16% to 84%.

Our customer would like to use 100% Duty.
How much is the maximum frequency in case of 100% Duty?(100kHz?)
