problem phase C use drv 8332

Hi for everyone

when i used drv8332 I used PWM 40% in phase C , PVDD =24V, but in ,Reset C= 1 and PWMC=0 OUT C = Vgnd->true,but reset c=1 PWMC=1 OUT C =11 V ?? So why I use Pvdd=24V ->OUTC=11V , and Phase B and A is used common
