Hi,
I don't know where to start for a controller of High Voltage BLDC :
- We have a stable DC bus of 800VDC (it is not yet really determined, it is >600V and <1000V)
- The motor will be a Sensorless BLDC (or maybe with hall sensor but is really not sure) with a nominal voltage the same as above, the max RPM will be about 3.5 krpm and the max power 2.5kw
- The controller has to be as small as possible
I'm used to the 28027F piccolo device to control DRV8301 driver for hobby BLDC motor. I want to keep the uC but i Have no idea for the power Stage.
I have to use IGBT or MOSFET ?
How to drive them ?
I have to isolated the mcu from the power stage or just the communication link to control the controller. ?
I start to read the TIDA-00195 but it is for much higher power (22kW) and the board is a lot too big.
Maybe a should read the TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT but it is limited to 350VDC (and quite big but i don't need the AC/DC PFC Part)
Thanks for any help.
