VS undervoltage error on DRV3201

Dear TI Team,

I am driving BLDC motor with the DRV3201. When I start the motor with PWM duty cycle more than 60%, the BLDC motor rotates.

If the PWM duty cycle is less than 60%, the motor tries to rotate and stops. We observe VS under voltage error on the Status REG .

We do not understand why should the VS undervoltage error occur. The power supply is a 24V 15 Amps unit. There is no load on the Motor.

We tried with 12V and 16 Volts

We see a dip in the voltage momentarily and this causes the VS undervoltage. Is there a solution to mask this error or how to circumvent this problem.

Any help would give us a direction to proceed further.
