Why is the DRV8711 gate drive pin voltage greater than VM?

Hi, I use digital oscilloscope to see waveform and measure the voltage of four pins relative to GND, which are x1HS, x1LS, x2HS, x2LS, as illustrated below.

When VM is 10v, the voltage of these four pins relative to GND is:

x1HS:18.6v, x1LS:8.4v, x2HS:7.8v, x2LS:18.6v

as displayed in the picture above.

My questions is, why the voltage of x1HS and x2LS could be so high, above 18v?

Thank you.

The picture of oscilloscope is put below. I only have three probes, so I need to measure these four pins in two times.
