I have an issue with drv8302: motor runs fine at no load, but if any load is applied either the drv8302 outputs a fault signal and shuts down all gate drivers or (if the motor load is higher than in previous case) restarts completely (at least the buck regulator restarts for sure).
On top of that, from time to time one of the FETs is getting toasted, strangely enough it is always the low side one, connected directly to the ground ( not to the shunt).
The controller design is almost identical to the ref design in spec sheet, PVDD1 caps are of larger capacitance (10 uF), DVDD, AVDD and GVDD caps are 2.2 uF. Grounds of GVDD, DVDD and AVDD caps are connected to the power gnd of the DRV8302 with short traces.
What might be the source of the problem?
