Dear all
I installed the eval board SW on my computer. I use Windows 8.1.
For running I need the NI Labview runtime library.
I installed
http://www.ni.com/download/labview-run-time-engine-2010-sp1/2292/en/
according your description. This version is not running under my Windows version.
Then I tried another Windfows 8 64 bit version fom NI website. 
This version is now working on my computer, but the eval board SW is still not running. I get this error message:
Which version of Labview runtime engine is running under Windows 8.1 and is still compatible to the eval board SW.
