DRV8301 shunt current measurement for an instantaneous measurement

I am using the DRV8301 for an actuator, that is not a spinning motor.  If I switch on two MOSFETs of my H-bridge for a set duration in time, will the output of the shunt current op amp circuit be accurate?

What is the shortest duration I can send?

I want to be able to turn on one path and measure the current.

Also, what is the difference of the two legs that go to the DRV8301 and the one that goes to the MCU.  I am operating as a sensored configuration.  My requirements is 1. use the over current protection of the DRV8301, 2. be able to get an accurate current measurement.
